- Online Booking
- Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to book appointments through our Site. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date.
- Booking Services: All services offered on the Site are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are booking a service for the date and time selected. We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings based on availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply if the booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If your appointment was booked less than 48 hours in advance and you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us immediately. No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee. We request $50 deposit n advance to schedule an book appointment for skin care services.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment with n prior notice, we may not be able to provide the service, and you may be charged in full.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If your appointment was booked less than 48 hours in advance and you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us immediately. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Online Orders for Products
- Product Availability: All products on the Site are subject to availability. We strive to keep the inventory up to date, but in some cases, products may be out of stock. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email and offer you the option to choose an alternative or cancel the order.
