At Skin Care Supreme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
